Tooling Design
Automation Designer required
Use Steelworks automation design team to design and build out your weld line. Fully customizable options from manual clamping to fully automated pneumatic clamps for higher cycle time. Our design team will optimize the design to work with our rotating trunnion tooling table to build your parts faster.
Robotic Line Build & Development
Robot Programmer required
Using the Steelworks designed tooling, use our skilled robot programmer and operators to develop the optimal weld path for your part. Our robotic welding cell utilizes two rotating trunnions to enable welding from both sides of the table. This will allow for less part re-loading and faster cycle times.
Material Sourcing
Purchaser required
Partnering with Steelworks for your raw material procurement allows you to leverage our high-volume purchasing power and long-standing supplier relationships. By consolidating material sourcing through us, you gain access to more competitive pricing, priority lead times, and a simplified supply chain.
